SOUCHA

So Phresh and So Clean

On Sunday’s I absolutely LOVE taking bubble baths. It makes me feel as if I am washing off all of the negative energy that has grabbed ahold of me during the week. But, Soucha says do ya truly let it go? Do you wash away what’s on you, like for real, for real? I was in a situation recently that showed me that I wasn’t over some unwanted hurt from the past. That self evaluation thing fell through a hair, eh?

My reaction to my pain created some questions for me to ponder on, “Does me feeling, count as not letting go?”,  “Maybe, releasing yourself of something means forgetting”. So I looked up the definition for ( release ) and this is what I found

re·lease

Whelp, I need to be delivert. This week I am focusing on the Soucha | Niyama. Soucha is about cleanliness physically, spiritually and mentally. 🌕 My prayer is to release impurities from my heart and mind, to allow a renewal of my heart.  I welcome change, journey with me and release the extras that don’t need to be in today nor the future. I have been browsing online more than 4 hours today, yet I never found
any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me.
In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.
